Q: What is the return policy?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a return within 45 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. We want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or gift card. All returns must be made within 45 days of placing your order. Also, We accept returns or exchanges after the 45 days period,please check our Special Return Policy
Indicate what you're returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or Gift Card. In order to process your return, please include your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number,
name, email address and original order number along with the items that you're returning.You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.
If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at only shipping charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will recommend other item(s) to you or a refund. If you're asking for a refund, you'll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A: It may take 7-25 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply Paypal within 7 days.

Q: How do I place my order?
A: It's quite simple really!
Step 1. Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
Step 2. From the product page, select the Right Option for the Porudct. You can click "Add to Cart " button to place your order.
You may add items Quantity to your cart from the Shopping Cart .
Step 3. Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. This process involves 5 steps; Sign in / Or Create a Account, Shipping Method (Verify Shipping Information), Payment Method (Verify Billing Information), Confirm Your order and Go to Pay Your Order. You'll then receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a final email stating so.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order status by logging in and accessing the "My Account" link from the site header. All orders placed under your username will be visible under the "My Orders" tab.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A; Please contact our Customer Loyalty Department immediately(Click here , or Send Message via your order) if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
If you see the Order Status is "Shipped" while viewing your order status, chances are your order has been opened for processing and changes can no longer be made. In this case, Please return your items for a refund or exchange.
