45 days Standard Return Policy


  1. 1. Return for refund (original purchase price only, delivery cost is NOT refundable): 45 days from the Invoice date
  2. 2. Return for full refund,You may return any defective item within 45 days from the Invoice day for a full refund
  3. 3. Return for replacement: Within 45 days from the Invoice date

Unless another return policy is indicated on the item, products sold by dashprice.com are covered by the following Standard Return Policy. All products covered under this Standard Return Policy are backed by a 45-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 45 days of your purchase for a full refund for ANY REASON. Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND.

Please note that the original and return delivery charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any non-defective product.

We will not accept to exchange or refund a product if it was damaged or broken by you or if it suffered damage anything directly or indirectly caused by you.

Dashprice.com in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

Special Return Policy

All returns under Special Return Policy requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

All returns under Special Return Policy must include the following:

    1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)

    2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.

    3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at returns@dashprice.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number or you can check it at dashprice.com User Account Center.

    4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

    5. The return must be complete and include all accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

    6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

    The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

Please include the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and Order Number with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that you would like to provide.

To return your order, simply send email to: returns@dashprice.com with the invoice number and return item(s) information.
